Q. How do I send my device to you?

A. Just follow the send in repair instructions HERE. Also if you live in the local area we offer a FREE pick up and drop of service. Just call the following number to arrange a convenient time 07557436433. You can also drop it off yourself at the address listed HERE.

 

Q. How long does a repair take?

A. Non-board level repair normally take 1-2 days. Board level micro soldering repairs can take approximately 1-2 weeks depending on how busy we are.

 

Q. How do you send our device back?

A. We send all devices back by DPD next day service. Typically this costs £7 for most smartphones and tablets. Bigger tablets and larger heavier devices may cost more. The postage cost will be added to your payment invoice along with the repair cost.

 

Q. Do you accept international repairs?

A. We can send repairs worldwide but do request a price before sending a repair to us. Just fill out the quote form stating what country you’re from and we will include an estimated postage cost in the quote.

 

Q. If you can’t fix my device do I have to pay anything?

A. The only cost to you if we can’t fix the device or deem it beyond economical repair is the postage to send it to us, and return it back to you.

 

Q. How do I pay for the repair?

A. Once the repair is completed we will email you an invoice that gives you the option to pay by debit or credit card. If we are dropping the device back to you, you have the option of paying by cash or credit/debit card with our chip and pin machine.

 

Q. Why should I trust you with my device?

A. All repairs come with a 6 month warranty. If the fault re-occurs in that time then we will re-examine the device and if it is the same fault, fix it free of charge. (this excludes water damage repairs).  You can also check out videos of us performing some of the repairs HERE. Q. What parts do you use in your repairs?

A. We try and use the best parts available. If it can’t be the original then will use the closest possible. This post explains in more detail just click HERE.

 

Q. Can you perform other repairs?

A. We can perform most board level repairs on devices not just limited to smartphones and tablets. This includes things like damaged laptop charging jacks, broken USB ports, and replacing most damaged or faulty SMD components. Just fill out details of your problem on the quote form and we may be able to help.
