In honour of where we were brought up, The Adelaide Hills Sabre is made with the roots of vineyards in the Adelaide hills. The Sabre itself (steel) is made with Swedish steel 14c28n. The handle of the Adelaide Hills Sabre is made with a misty white resin coating of local vineyard burls. The look of the sabre edge reminds those of the hills of the morning mist
